These terms relate to both [[Internal|internal]] and [[External|external]] “organisations” – singular and plural and [[Internal|internal ]] and [[External|external “users” ]] [[User|users]] – singular and plural.

For example, your [[Internal|internal]] organisation unit may be a “branch” or a “business unit”, and your [[Internal|internal]] people may be “employees”.
