* [[Autoloader]] – used to define scheduled upload of data from [[Smart Folder|SmartFolders]] into company, contact, and [[Application|applications]].

* [[Backup Settings]] – used to define backups of the [[SmartSimple]] database into [[Smart Folder|SmartFolders]]. Backup files can also be emailed.

* Backup Server Access – checkbox disables access to the [[Backup_Server_and_Testing_Instances|backup server]] for all non-Global User Administrator accounts.
