Creating a Sign-Up Organisation

==Sign Up Organisation==

Each Sign up page, either company OR contact is associated with a level in the [[Organisation Hierarchy|organisation hierarchy]] – [[Internal|internal]] or [[External|external, depending on the sign up requirement and will be stored under that organisation.

This can be a real organisation if you are signing up [[User|users]] from that organisation, or an artificial organisation such as “Newsletter Subscribers”, if you are signing up people to receive a newsletter.
* A Company signup page can be associated with a company category.
* A Contact signup page is always associated with one or more user [[Role|roles]].

==Creating the Sign-up Organisation==

Next you will create an organisation and the characteristics for the sign up page.

1. Click the Organisation, [[External]] [[Menu|menu]].

2. Click the '''New Account''' tab.

The Duplicate check page is displayed.

3. Set the '''name'''.

4. Click the '''Submit''' button.

You do not need to set any of the other values.

5. Click the '''Save''' button.

The company record is saved and the menu displayed.

6. Click the '''Settings''' [[Menu|menu]].

There are two [[Menu|menu]] options associated with Signup feature:
* '''Contact Signup''' – No this indicates that no contact signup page exists.
* '''Account Signup''' – No this indicates that no company signup page exists.
