Problem: Intact is using IME exchange to communicate level one notes with IME vendors, there are several drawbacks of doing so. Level 1 Notes can be Exchanged

#Unnecessary information is sent (files, custom fields and notes).

#Unnecessary CPU usage for encrypting and decrypting data

=Notes=

Unlike UTA exchange, notes exchange is real time no unpacking is required. It uses the same IME exchange key for encryption/decryption, same secure level as IME exchange.
