Overview

In the following articles, you will define, plan, and implement a schedule for the installation of a Local Area Network in the offices of a mythical company.

This project will consist of several major stages, and each of these will consist of a number of detailed tasks.

Project Statement

The project statement must clearly and concisely define the purpose of the project. This statement will help the project manager - you - to establish the objectives of the project.

Design, install and test a 25 workstation LAN within 10 weeks - at a cost not to exceed $40,000.
