Global System Upgrades
The new features listed below are enhancements to the SmartSimple system and will be immediately available to SmartSimple users upon the application of the upgrade to their server:
Customizable batch update options
- This feature adds the ability for System Admins to create customizable batch update buttons available to users based on their specific user role.
Associate multiple roles to a list View
- This feature allows multiple roles to a be added to a single list view. Before this update, one role associated with a list view.
Invoicing L3 items connected to L2 via 'soft link'
Enhances SSO for multiple connections and enforcing mode
- This feature allows the enforcement of SSO on a per-role basis
Updated Server Error Messages
- Updated server error messages
Custom field caption hide
- This update hides the “Save and Delete” buttons on tabs with lists like associates and users when in edit mode. This applies to Arcadia layouts only.
Login page with multiple languages
- Users can be directed to a language specific login page based on the language parameter entered.
Maximize and restore down button on the title bar of each Arcadia X section
- Added is the ability to reduce and restore Arcadia X sections (if there is a title bar present)
Report on softlink relationship between payment allocation and Funding Source
Rename Allow Empty setting on Custom Fields
- The "Allow Empty" custom field has been renamed "Mandatory".
Level1 List Views to Include Parent and Child fields

The following features are also available immediately with the application of the upgrade, but must first be enabled or configured by a System Administrator:
