When you use a Display Only - Image type field the image is displayed at its original size.

You can constrain the image size in view by using the Height OR Width setting of the custom field.

If you set just the height or the width then the browser will scale the image acutely.

If you set both the height and the width the image will be distorted to match those proportions.

The measure used is in Pixels.
