UTA Level One Notes Exchange

Problem: Intact is using IME exchange to communicate level one notes with IME vendors, there are several drawbacks of doing so.

  1. Unnecessary information is sent (files, custom fields and notes).
  2. Unnecessary CPU usage for encrypting and decrypting data
  3. Unnecessary bandwidth for data transport.

Solution: A separate feature is develop for exchanging notes only
