If you are subscribed to our SaaS offering your SmartSimple system will be automatically upgraded according to the following schedule

If you are subscribed to our dedicated server offering with managed upgrades your SmartSimple system will be automatically upgraded according to the following schedule

If you are subscribed to our dedicated server offering with client-managed upgrades your SmartSimple system is only upgraded manually by your system administrator or by sending a request to SmartSimple. The upgrade package is made available for you according to the following schedule
