Added the Last Modified Date field to custom field list views allowing users and support to see when fields were last changed.

Added role and UTA permission settings to Submit buttons. This enhancement makes managing Submit buttons easier and eliminates visibiliy conditions.
If a Submit button is associated with both a role and UTA role, the UTA role will take precedence.
35842 - Assignment List View

This feature adds the ability to assign many objects (example includes users, organizations, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3) to many objects. Phase one of this enhancement (April 2016 Upgrade) will focus on attaching contacts to Level 1s.
