Data Exchange Contact Creation can be enabled and configured to automatically create a contact when a Data Exchange package is unpacked.
For example the contact record for a Claimant can be created based on the First Name, Last Name, Phone Number and other details send as part of a Level 1 record.
- The Default Role and Default Company to be assigned can be selected.
- Up to 25 Level One fields can be mapped to the Contact record.
- The Primary Key check boxes allow you to specify unique identifiers that will check to see if the contact with matching details already exists as a contact within SmartSimple
- Note: all fields marked as Primary Key on an existing contact record must match exactly with the details on the Level One record being unpacked. If any of the Primary Keys are not an exact match a new contact will be created.
