In order to make formatting your copy of [[SmartSimple ]] easier and quicker, you can use predefined "themes". In order to apply a theme to a copy of [[SmartSimple ]] you must have system administrator [[System Administrator]] permissions.
Use the following steps to import a theme
1. Select the theme from the '''Theme list List''' shown below.
2. Select the '''Theme styles Styles''' text shown in the bordered box.
3. Use your [[Browser|Browser's ]] '''Edit Copy ''' [[Menu|menu ]] to copy the selected theme.
4. Log into your copy of [[SmartSimple ]] as a [[System Administrator]].
5. Choose the [[ConfigurationMenu|Configuration]], [[Global Setting Settings]] [[Menu|menu]].
6. Select the '''Colors and Fonts ''' link.
7. Click the '''Export/Import Styles ''' tab.
8. Use the [[Browser|Browser's ]] '''Edit Paste ''' [[Menu|menu ]] to paste the selected theme.
9. Click the '''Import Styles ''' button.
10. Click any of the '''Save ''' buttons.
