Updated the behavior of workflows with tasks of the Type ''''"Create New Activity'''" type. Specifically, if '''Disable Default Date''' is toggled on for the UTA level 2/3 , then the start and end dates will be empty. if If '''Disable Default Date''' is toggled off for the UTA level 2/3 , then the start and end dates will be populated with the current date.
