The new features listed below are enhancements to the SmartSimple system and will be immediately available to SmartSimple users upon the application of the upgrade to your server:
===Updated Functionality for Maximum Character Count on Multi-Line Text FieldsLimit===* A The maximum number character/word limit functionality of words or characters can be imposed on a multiple-line text field, preventing a user from custom fields has been updated to allow users to enter content that exceeds the limit initially and then edit appropriately before saving/submitting a the record with text over a pre-defined limit. Users will be presented with a warning if the pre-defined text limit has been exceeded, which is personalizable. Text Content will not no longer be truncated if pasted into the field from a third-party applicationanother source, but the character/word/character limit will still be enforcedon save/submission.
