When a new Level 2 is created the current user is added to the Assigned standard field.
- This takes place, even if the Level 2 Assigned standard field is not visible.
The Disable Default Assign setting will disable this behaviour:
This option can be set on the UTA Settings page in the Level 2 Settings section:
When Disable Default Assign" it ticked the Assigned standard field will blank when new Level 2 records are created.
- This setting has no effect if the multiple Contact list is enabled at Level 2.
Note: If using the Security Matrix you should consider the implications prior to changing this setting.
