Secure mode is an option with Global Settings - Security that disables unsafe features that should not be used when dealing with highly security conscious clients (e.g. government agencies).

When this is secure mode is enabled:

  • it will preset security settings and make these settings read only
  • disable legacy app permissions and menu permissions
  • changed all rich text fields to multi line text and remove ability to create/import new rich text fields
  • prevent people from uploading files with extension "exe", let me know if there are any other should be restricted
