The system supports several features that allow information to be shared between different copies of [[SmartSimple]]. So for example, if you need to share information with a vendor and both you and the vendor are using [[SmartSimple]] then you can create a link between the two systems. There are two types of information sharing collaboration supported:
* [[ObjectSync]] - Provides for instant transfer of organisation, contact and related data between multiple copies of [[SmartSimple]].
* [[Universal Tracking Application]] Exchange - Provides for the transfer of project, case (UTA type data) and related contact data between multiple copies of [[SmartSimple]].
