* Errors in the Event Viewer with the following content often mean you have incorrect settings:
:* Object reference not set to an instance of an object
:* Invalid URIURL: The hostname could not be parsed
* These errors can also be logged if you do not have an active connection to the Internet (i.e. if you are working off-line)
* Your company's network administrator may be able to add an exception to the proxy server to allow traffic to the SmartSimple server without authenticating to the proxy server.
