* An unlimited number of levels can be created in both the [[Internal|internal]] or [[External|external]] hierarchies.
* A contact established in the [[Internal|internal]] organisational hierarchy with access to the system through [[Username|username]] and [[Password|password]].
* An [[Internal]] [[User|user]] license is assigned on a one-to-one basis with an internal user, and provides full access to the system.
* Access is only limited by the user’s [[Role|roles]] and access permissions, as defined by the organisation’s [[Administrator|administrator]].
* A contact established in the external [[Organisation Hierarchy|Organisational Hierarchy]] with access to the system through [[Username|username]] and [[Password|password]].
* An external [[User|user]] license is associated with a single [[External|external]] user for the duration of their logged in session. The license is released and made available at the point when the session times out or the user logs out.
* Provides limited access features, including: no administration [[Application|application ]] management permissions, no ability to update [[Hierarchy|hierarchy ]] information outside their own company, and restricted editing and update functions in applications. [[User|Users]] with this license cannot have “ownership” of data.
