[[User|Users]] with this level of access can manage their specific level of the [[Organisation Hierarchy|organisation hierarchy]] with the same level of control that a [[Global Administrator]] {{GUA}} can apply to the entire organisation.
* Creation of additional [[User|users]] within their sub-organisations.
* Creation of new sub-organisations in their section of the [[Hierarchy|hierarchy]].
* Locally subscribe to [[SmartSimple]] applications that have been enabled for their section of the hierarchy by the [[Global Administrator]]{{GUA}}.
* Upload [[User|user]] and sub-organisation information (either [[Internal|internal]] or [[External|external]] organisations) for their section of the hierarchy.
