Once you have configured the system to communicate with the [[SmartSimple]] HCAI gateway you can send '''OCF-21B''' and other forms to HCAI whenever you need without leaving [[SmartSimple]].

Each HCAI enabled form will display an '''HCAI submission''' button.  Clicking the button will let you send the form for the first time, and let you review the status of previous submissions OF THAT form.

The '''OCF-21B''' form is a field associated at the assessment level of a case/referral.
