=New Features=	

* '''Job Search''' - You can now add a job searching feature for applicants accessing your career site. You can control the fields that are searchable plus the layout of the search screen.
* '''Email a Friend''' - Using this feature a visitor can forward job details to one of their friends. You can control the formatting of the content of the email message.
* '''Direct Apply''' - We have made it easier for applicants to apply for jobs. They can now click on the '''Apply''' button for a job, login or register and are then automatically returned to the job that they were interested in without having to remember which job.
* '''One Page Profile''' - You can create a single profile page that provides for the applicant to complete their profile and upload their resume with any number of additional documents required (transcripts, cover letters etc).

==Hyperlinked Phone Numbers==

When you click on a phone number in any [[Application|application]], [[SmartSimple]] will assume that you want to call that person and a new activity record is automatically created and displayed. There is a timer on the activity so you can time each call.

There is also a '''Dial''' button displayed - currently this is in-operable but shortly this button will provide for VOIP dialing and will help greatly to reduce your long distance charges.

==Mapping Support==

You can now display a map for any company by clicking on the '''Map''' icon to the left of the address. You can use '''Google Map''', '''MapPoint''' or '''MapQuest'''. 

You will find the list of mapping services in your [[Personal Settings|personal settings]].

==Virus Scanning==

All your files are now being scanned to ensure they are virus free. This includes all files stored in [[Smart Folder|SmartFolders]], files stored as [[Custom Fields|custom fields]] in any [[Application|application]] and applicant resumes within the [[Applicant Tracking]] [[Application|application]].

==Session Timeout==

You can automatically log out any [[User|user]] that has been inactive within the system for a predetermined number of minutes. Once logged out, the [[User|user]] is returned to the login screen. See [[Configuration Menu|Configuration]] -> [[Global Settings]] -> Session Timeout to set the number of minutes.

==Multiple File Upload - SmartFolders and Custom Field==
 
You can now upload multiple files into a [[Smart Folder]] by simply using the '''Multiple Upload''' link displayed for each folder. In addition, you can create a new [[Custom Field]] type: Link Custom Folder. By using this field type you can embed multiple files into a single field.

'''Note''': This feature requires that your [[Browser|browser]] is able to run a Java Applet. If your company security does not allow for the use of Java Applets, you will not be able to use this feature.
