View source for External Concurrent User License

An [[External|external]] user license is associated with a single external [[User|user]] for the duration of their logged in session.  The license is released and made available at the point when the session times out or the user logs out.
* Provides limited access features, including: no administration application management permissions, no ability to update [[Hierarchy|hierarchy]] information outside their own company, and restricted editing and update functions in [[Application|applications]].  [[User|Users]] with this license cannot have “ownership” of data.
