You define your own hiring process for each job type.   This feature provides you with the flexibility to reflect your specific process.

The hiring process can generate messages, to-do items, reminders, and many more – whatever you need to reflect your ideal hiring process for any particular type of job order.

==Enabling Access for Hiring Managers==

You can give anyone you need limited access to the applicant information.  Hiring managers can review applicants on-line but only for the folders, applicant fields, and notes they need to see.

Note that without enabling hiring manager access, you can use a [[Search People]] page to display limited applicant information globally – perhaps on a company intranet.

Applicants can also be permissioned to maintain their profile online.

==Applicant Notes==

You create specific note types to restrict visibility to specific groups of people.

Notes can be attached to anything in the system; jobs, applicants, assignments, contacts, and [[Internal|internal]] staff, but you control the visibility of all notes.

==Adding Assessments and Reference checking==

You can create your own scored assessments, reference forms, etc., using the [[SmartSimple]] forms tool, and attach these forms to the applicant to complete on-line.
