Next you will add the [[Role|roles]] to the contact – their specialties and their calendar.

1. Click the '''Settings''', '''Roles & Access''' [[Menu|menu]].

You can use this screen to give the evaluator access to the system and set their specializations.

2. Select the '''appropriate specializations'''.

Generally, you will set at least two [[Role|roles]].  A general [[Role|role]] for all evaluators, and then one or more true specializations.

The general designation is useful when you wish to quickly filter all your evaluators.

3. Click the '''Save''' button
