View source for Making an Applicant Visible as a Contact

To make an applicant visible as a contact you simply associate them with an organisation.
 
1. Locate the applicant's record in the [[Applicant Tracking]] System.

2. Click the '''Edit''' tab.

3. Click the '''Company Lookup''' button.

4. Locate the company that you wish to associate with the applicant.

5. Click the '''Save''' button.
 
The applicant is now linked to the selected company.
