View source for Disable Default Assign

When a new {{l2}} is created, the user that created the record is automatically added to the ''Assigned'' [[Standard Level 2 Field List|standard field]]. 
* ''This takes place, even if the Level 2 Assigned standard field is not visible.''

The '''Disable Default Assign''' setting will disable this behaviour.


This option can be set on the [[UTA_Settings_-_Settings#Level_2_Settings|UTA Settings page in the Level 2 Settings section]]:

When '''Disable Default Assign''' is ticked the ''Assigned'' standard field will be blank when new Level 2 records are created.


* This setting has no effect if the [[UTA_Settings_-_Entity#Level_2_Settings|multiple Contact list is enabled at Level 2]].
