View source for Associating an Activity with another Contact

You can create a calendar activity that is linked to one or more contacts either [[Internal|internal]] or [[External|external]].

1. Click the '''Organisation''', '''Search People''' [[Menu|menu]].

2. Search for another [[User|user]].

* Clicking on the '''Phone Number''' will create a phone activity.
* Clicking on the '''email address''' will create an email to the contact and an email activity.
* Clicking on their '''name''' will display their details.

3. Display their '''details'''.

Note the activity history is displayed at the bottom of the contact information.

4. Click the '''New''', '''Activity''' [[Menu|menu]].

The '''New Activity''' window is displayed.

The New calendar event is displayed and the contact is specified as the contact that you were reviewing.

5. Set the '''Activity fields'''.

6. Click the '''Save''' button.

7. Click the '''back''' button.

The contact window is displayed.  The '''Activity''' is displayed below the contact information.
